Our team can repair and maintain mining equipment. This includes a comprehensive range of both on and off-site services. The experienced technicians at Austin can assist with scheduled refurbishments, emergency breakdown repairs, and preventative maintenance. Mining maintenance services include tray, truck body and bucket repair. We can complete these jobs either off-site in our fully-equipped workshops, or on-site using our specialised service vehicles.
Our purpose-built facilities allow us to provide a wide range of industrial abrasive blasting and painting services. These spaces are efficient and environmentally sound, providing you with the highest quality paint coatings for protection from corrosion, abrasion and contact impact. Whether smaller components or larger industrial equipment, our team is here to assist.
We provide a number of machine services including vertical and horizontal boring and lathe work through to heavy equipment reclamation and sub-arc welding. Our boring units are mine site compliant and capable of accessing remote locations, so you can rest assured that we can complete the job no matter where it is. These units are built to tackle even the toughest tasks, and the job will be done right with us.
Austin CNC plasma cutting machines have cutting beds that measure 18000mm x 3500mm and are designed for cutting plates up to 40mm thick. Our cutting heads can be used to cut up to 300mm thick on a variety of steel plate grades. We use a variable bevelling head in our machine to eliminate any need for manual bevelling, making each job incredibly precise.
